Seek The Word: Direction & Understanding

1 Chronicles 28:9
"And you, my son Solomon, acknowledge the God of your father, and serve him with wholehearted devotion and with a willing mind, for the LORD searches every heart and understands every desire and every thought. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever.

James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Proverbs 11:5

The Truth

As the curtain closes, childhood heroes fall prey to time.
Reality shifts uncomfortably from foot to foot.
Too real is the image before our eyes.
Desolate situations require divine counsel to be a necessity.
Seeking upper bound ascension our souls yearn for spiritual substance.
Too soon time flees us and what was is no more.
Deliberaing on an issue of importance and in need of support our flesh grows weak.
Flesh to flesh and moments of contentment enjoyed, but the end result is eternal consequences.
We shall forever dance in the flames, and this is the truth.

Living Not Existing

To live is to not just  have the wind tickle your cheek, but it is when you stop to notice how good it feels.
Life is not measured by the length of the list of the materialistic things you own, but it is measured by the length of the time you laugh and the waterfalls of joy that pour from your soul.
To live is not simply an action, but it is a reaction to what God has created.
Life is not measured by  all the big moments but by the experiences each moment creates.
Life is to be lived, felt, enjoyed, created, and most of all it is to be experienced not just watched.
We were not uniquely designed just to exist or occupy this world, but we were created to live.

Too Afraid to Really Understand

Your presence I have known for what seems now like ages.

Never dared to ask about the source of your unrest for fear that I might
discover the true depth of your disparity.

I have watched years pass and age take you physically captive, but

Mentally you seem to have found the fountain of petulance and there...

There you live locked away in your mind.

A place I fear to tread because I am too afraid to really understand the source of your hatred.

G.R.O.W.

Going above the average
Realizing that there is no limit
 Out doing yourself each day
 Wisdom comes with living

G.R.O.W. and realize that life has no end because we are living this life only to live again.

G.R.O.W.: Words Live & Die

G.R.O.W.: Words Live & Die: Words are no more than letters and sounds. No meaning is formed without the mind and tongue. What then can we attribute lies and deceit ...

Words Live & Die

Words are no more than letters and sounds.

No meaning is formed without the mind and tongue.

What then can we attribute lies and deceit to if not the tongue that spoke them or the mind
that conceived them?

Meaning then isn't relevant unless we superior  beings see fit to acknowledge that words mean nothing unless we ignite them and/or breathe life into the letters and sounds.

It is our choice which words go forth and which words we bury.

By our own free will, we are the grim reaper to the lies and deceit that surround us.

It is our choice what we accept and discard, bury the lies before they have time to grow.

Words live and die by our tongue so speak the truth or remain silent.
